And because of the high interest in the steampunk, many enthusiasts and craftsmen have modified everything from computers to wristwatches to motorbikes with a vintage sci-fi appearance. The amateurs or the professional artists have carried the steam powered technology of the Victorian era forward while offering the same devices we use but with the metal, gears and wheels prevalent in those early machines.
